Now it's over after seven days of conferences in Windsor and New York City. I even won a small award in Windsor for a writing contest on food. A Taco Stain With A Happy Ending and the latest short fiction idea finally unearthed.

The writing conference in Windsor was interactive with so many ways to get feedback and talk to professionals. The writing conference in New York City was more intense and jam-packed. I had a conversation with a Princeton native about a boring book. He thought it was common knowledge that there were no tanks in prison camps in WWII.
